ANING ANING

Mom has been staying with us for three days now and I'm really happy whenever we get to bond every week. We talk about funny things and we exchange spiritual views as well. Everything seems perfect until yesterday when we touched the topic about my older brother. I told her that I hope my brother would learn how to make money as early as now because if she would die, I don't think my brother would be able to stand on his own. She got mad at me and told me that if I don't want to help him, I should just keep my mouth shut. I was really hurt by what she said. I started to talk about what my opinions are in the way she handles the situation. I told her that instead of giving him a fish, she should teach him how to go fishing. I even told her to help my brother get the Alcohol Treatment that he needs because I still think my brother is still hooked in alcoholism. I know there are a number of Alcohol Treatment Centers available which provides several Alcohol Treatment Programs depending on the patients needs. She then realizes that she is indeed at fault and confessed that she just cant bear seeing his son suffer from poverty that is why she is still supporting him financially. She asked me to convince my brother to undergo such treatment. I just hope he would listen to me.
